This policy explains how the data of people using the kwiatjablonki.pl website (the “Website”) is processed and what cookies are used.

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect data you provide voluntarily: full name, email address, optionally a phone number, planned dates of stay, number of guests and the message content. The server may also log your IP address for security purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiry and handling a potential booking — based on your consent and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security of the Website — based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We store form data for as long as necessary to respond and handle the matter, and then until any claims become time-barred or you withdraw your consent.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
6. Cookies
The Website uses:
- Essential cookies / local storage – they remember your cookie consent choice so the banner is not shown again on your next visit. They are required for the Website to work.
- Google Maps – loaded only after you give consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; the map may set its own cookies and process data in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

7. Data recipients
Form data is sent to the controller's email inbox and is not sold or shared with third parties, apart from providers of services necessary to run the Website (e.g. the hosting company, and in the case of the map — Google).
